Warren and I are finally getting around to sending a huge THANK YOU to you personally and to the Ocotillo team for your professionalism, your attention to detail and your excellent communication with us on all matters involving our move to Palm Springs. Having your company involved while our home was being totally renovated by top designer Christopher Kennedy and his design team was totally gratifying and alleviated much of the anxiety we were facing being “The Showcase House during the 2019 Modernism Week” here in the desert. From minor issues to the larger logistical ones you always responded with a “can do” attitude and with positive results each and every time. Not only was Ocotillo the receiving warehouse for all of our new designer furniture, you inspected each and every item before fully accepting them and then carefully stored everything until the time of the installation all of which was being done with a very tight deadline. Plus, you did an exceptional job in handling every detail in making our house feel like a home again after the event concluded.

There is no doubt in our minds that you provided “Ritz-Carlton White Glove” type service in all aspects of our working relationship. We felt from the very beginning that we were in great hands with all of the services that you provided us from receiving, inspecting, processing of one slightly damaged item that the shippers were attempting to leave until you caught it and then storing our belongings in a safe, climate-controlled space. For each and every service provided we say a collective Thank You!!!

Thank you for the great work you’ve done for me and I’d be thrilled to use you again on the next. I’ve purchased many a vacation rental and never had the opportunity of using a service like yours. It’s very unique in operation and very detail oriented. From receiving to inspection, to assembly, storage and delivery, the processes you had in place were very thorough in ensuring the project went smooth and timely. When my vacation rental property management company advised that I use your service, I’ll admit, I was skeptical about it. I wasn’t exactly sure what they were recommending and if it was a true asset. Let me tell you, if any one values their time, they’d use your services. In our project we had quite a few hick-ups with damaged furniture pieces and they were handled very efficiently each time! When it came to the delivery, the pre-arranged movers that came were very professional and did everything I needed, even hung a light! And from experience most won’t even attempt that type of project. Thank you for choosing a company that could get the job done and done right. I’d say they are an asset to you and your business as I’m just one of I’m sure many happy customers.
