Quality Inspections

As your items, most likely have traveled across the country or very possibly from around the globe, they need to be inspected to verify manufacturer quality and for many possible complications that arise from all of the bumps and jolts received during its journey here.

With this service, your incoming pieces will be transferred to our Quality Inspection crew. We manage this process on a strict 24-hour period as we understand time is a valuable asset to you and your plan. Your items are meticulously cared for during this process, as if they were our very own. Many negligible imperfections to furniture and accessories are repaired on site, FREE of charge. More significantly damaged items are photographically documented and communicated promptly with our client and vendor to ensure timely representation of freight damage or manufacture quality concern. From this point, we are able to support in claims management, subcontracting the item for restoration, and/or returning the item to the vendor for replacement, if required.
