Dedicated receiving is one of the core benefits of using the services we offer at Ocotillo Services. Our thorough and customizable receiving service can be a frontline support to your project or purchase. This not only offers peace of mind, but also removes any unwanted revelations during your installation.

All arriving parcels are visually and physically examined prior to driver acceptance signatures. By doing so, this aids yourself and us when filing a freight damage claim. By not recording important information on the delivery driver’s BOL (Bill of Lading) paperwork, any damage claim could and are usually denied due to lack of evidence.

From there, parcel information is confirmed with the product/project details provided by the client — Product, Color, Manufacturer, Quantity, and Size — confirmed. Each incoming item received is cross-referenced to a project list, which is then entered into that particular accounts inventory. This detail-oriented process eliminates many of the errors that can occur in the fulfillment and shipping process.

Faults in ordering, shipping and order fulfillment happen–we want to correct any discrepancies as quick as possible in an attempt to keep your project on time.
